Donovan contributed to 69% of all USA qualifying goals so far

Not only is forward Landon Donovan the face of American soccer, he is the most prolific on offense. Writes the MNT blog:
Of the 13 goals scored by the United States in the hexagonal, he has scored two and assisted on another seven. Also, with a total of eight assists in 2009, he is one shy of the record set by Cobi Jones for a calendar year.
While great for Donovan’s legacy as an American player, our World Cup chances would improve if the whole team played with as much hustle. C’mon fellas.
