Giuseppe Rossi: “America’s best hope” at the World Cup this summer

EPSN has a nice story on Giuseppe Rossi, the Jersy-born American that moved to Italy when he was 12 to play soccer. And the one that scored two goals against team USA last summer.

“How can I explain it?” Rossi says. “Off the field, I have always felt American. On the field, I’ve always felt Italian.”

When asked about the team he could have started for, he says, “I root hard for America, against anyone but Italy.”
