Nothing gonna bring me down: World Cup ticket sales soaring
A crap economy. Global turmoil. Who cares!? The World Cup is coming. And tickets sales are just as good as before, says FIFA.
“In comparison with the previous editions of the FIFA World Cups, the latest ticket applications figures are impressive,” said Horst Schmidt, chairman of FIFA ticketing, without disclosing cumulative sales thus far.
According to FIFA, the United States leads the list of foreign countries buying tickets, which can be purchased here.
