Soccer For Life
Hello everyone and welcome to my exclusive soccer guide.
My name is Adam Oldham and I started my career in soccer back in 1996. I was only 14 years old when I was approached by a professional U17 team and joined the league. Unfortunately, a few knee injuries kept me away from the pitch for a year.
While my motivation and skills were still there, the team doctors advised me to stay away from soccer if I do not want the issue to aggravate. Therefore, I had to leave the pitch before I was even 17 years old. It looked like the end of my aspiring career, but I have decided to stick to soccer.
These days, I am spending my time teaching youth the basics of soccer and preparing youngsters for further careers. I train young talented kids in multiple classes – U13, U15 and U17. My goal is to turn them into hot prospects for great teams around the USA and the world.
While my playing career was relatively short, I have managed to establish connections with other people involved in soccer – players who have either made it big or potential prospects who chose different careers in the same industry.
In other words, I still have the connections to promote some of my best trainees and push them further to be discovered by my agents. On the same note, I have successfully introduced hot prospects to scouts for bigger clubs around the USA.
I have recently decided to expand my training venture over the Internet as well. Simply put, I have come up with a detailed guide on how to practice soccer at home. My guide is written from a professional point of view, but with newbies in mind – crystal clear and easy to understand with step by step instructions.
I have defined every single concept in soccer, from official rules and aspects to unwritten rules and considerations. You will learn the basics, improve your control and passing abilities, find out how to gain extra strength and accuracy with your shots and boost your tackling and marking capabilities.
With more than a decade of experience in this industry, I have identified the strengths and minuses of each position. I have figured out what are the main skills each position on the field requires for maximum efficiency, so this is what my focus is on.
While face to face training is definitely a plus, I strongly believe that talented people can develop themselves to a particular point without comprehensive training. You can expand your natural gift by simply training with a focus on your strengths.
On the same note, every concept is mandatory to become a complete player. Regardless of the position you prefer, you will need both attacking and defending skills to succeed. Indeed, a professional coach’s experience will take you to another level after a few years of training.
All in all, I hope my guide will help you understand soccer and every aspect related to it. I truly hope you will understand the necessity of knowledge, as well as how important practice and persistence are in the process. Feel free to get in touch with me if anything is unclear or you need more details.
